I need to analyse 3 CSV worksheets with data from an outbound call centre to encourage people to sign up for a loan:
leads.csv is a list of contact details that were fed into the call centre's systems for agents to call
calls.csv is a list of calls made by the call centre to leads. There may be no calls or multiple calls to some leads. Each call is given an outcome i.e 'interested' (leads with an interested call does not necessarily mean they signed up and one lead may have multiple 'interested' calls)
signups.csv is a list of leads who actually signed up (this may or may not have been after an 'interested' call). Each signup was risk assessed and either approved or rejected for a loan.
I need to figure out:
A lead from which region was most likely to express interest, assuming they received at least one call?
What proportion of leads from this region expressed interest? Assume that a lead with at least one
‘interested’ call has expressed interest.

My session ended and the techician did not complete what he was suppose to do said system was slow everytime I asked him if he was still there I never got a reply, now im finding that I cannot alter amounts in individual entry sheet?? If I do they will not appear in Pivot Table? Also WHY does a pop up keep appearing saying “Cannot open Pivot table” I need for this pop up to be removed as when Im done with this spreadsheet I need to email it to my Client. Please open up my spreadsheet so you can see what I mean? Also in individual entry sheet, I need Grand totals to show up automatically at the bottom of each amount coloum also reinstate coloum M has it hidden and coloum N has data that I cannot remove.
Every move I make the pop up comes up on screen I cannot have this
