Hi, I needs the urgent help on how to hide the negative time value from pivot table of excel sheet

Good Morning I have data with multiple pivot tables. I have a slicer with date ranges, example 07-29-18 to 08-11-18, that brings the data together with this date range. When I choose this date range the data shows blank. When I choose Blank on my slicer the data shows up. I have removed the data and re-entered it. File is very large and has been working up to this date. If I go to the next date range I get the data

I have a database extract that is showing the same clients multiple times in the list. How can I write a formula in excel to look at the column with the client names and return only unique records on another sheet? I want to run this over several files so wanting to avoid using pivot tables which is how I would normal do this.

Hello, I tried to attach my spreadsheet bit it is too large. I built a power pivot table with a customized formula and everything looked really good but when I try and update the information for the new day the only thing that comes up is the error #NUM!. I am struggling understanding why the formula works for data that was in the spreadsheet when I made it but any data that I update it with gives me the error.
