I need to count the number of data/rows in a sheet

I am looking to create a formula that will count the number of unique values with particular parameters. For example: Lays Original Process A204 Lays Original Packaged A204 Lays Original Process A206 Lays BBQ Process A403 Lays Original Packaged A206 I would like to count how many Lays Original Packaged Code. The result from this list should be 2 (A204 and A206).

I need to calculate the number of female board members and directors for each company, also the % of females and how they compare to number and % of men in the same firms. Only small firms should count and only board members and relevant associating functions.

I have a formula that counts non blank cells in Cell A2 now i want to create another array formula where in i want to use this count as one of the reference i.e. $F$1:$F$(value in cell A2). Please advice?
