I understand that you are trying to apply RANDBETWEEN() formula in a column, and you want it to refresh each time to select a cell and press enter. Is that correct?

The formula you have entered in Cell C2 is correct. It should work in Excel and refresh each time you get into a cell and press enter.
Excelchat Expert 14/08/2017 - 07:52
Are you trying to apply it on a Google spreadsheet?

You just need to copy this formula and paste it in the cell below. When you use Excel, as soon as you press 'Enter' key, the Random Unique Code will automatically change.
Excelchat Expert 14/08/2017 - 07:56
Does that help?
User 14/08/2017 - 07:57
actually i don't need to copy the formula and paste on every particular cells i just want to apply the formula to entire cell
Excelchat Expert 14/08/2017 - 07:58
Do you mean you want to apply it to an entire column?
Excelchat Expert 14/08/2017 - 07:58
Column C in this case?
