1st thing if you want to copy data from one tab to another tab of the same sheet you can do via referencing

for example i have students score in sheet1 column A If you want to copy the same scores to sheet2 as i have done in the worksheet. go to sheet 2 in cell A1 you can see "=Sheet1!A1" by doing so you will get a value which in cell A1 of sheet 1. you can drag this to copy others value too.

and if you want to move a particular tab to a separate spreadsheet, create new excel or open the excel to which you want to move the sheet then go the tab which is to be moved or copied, right click on it you will get "move or copy"click on it and select the excel sheet to which you want to move/copy this tab.

or you can do one more thing you can hide the unwanted tabs by right clicking on the tab
