We can't work on it in Google Sheets because it will break the conditional formatting
Excelchat Expert
26/09/2018 - 08:51
Ok, I have your sheet, Thanks.
Excelchat Expert
26/09/2018 - 08:51
Now please navigate me with the sheet
User
26/09/2018 - 08:51
On the Order Overview tab, look at A18
User
26/09/2018 - 08:51
18-41 should never have a +11
User
26/09/2018 - 08:52
Sometimes the style is a number and sometimes it might have letters
Excelchat Expert
26/09/2018 - 08:52
You want to see the full number, right.. not E+11
User
26/09/2018 - 08:52
How do you fix that
Excelchat Expert
26/09/2018 - 08:52
let me see
User
26/09/2018 - 08:52
I don't want to have to right click and format as a number
Excelchat Expert
26/09/2018 - 08:52
Can you give me any other value
User
26/09/2018 - 08:52
There are multiple tabs on the bottom as well that link to that field.
User
26/09/2018 - 08:53
The thing is it only adds the +11 when you add a zero to the end of the style number
User

Excelchat Expert
26/09/2018 - 08:53
its E+11
User
26/09/2018 - 08:54
Correct
User
26/09/2018 - 08:54
E+11
Excelchat Expert
26/09/2018 - 08:54
Excel handles the values in some format .. E+... is a scientific format
User
26/09/2018 - 08:55
How do you prevent Excel from doing this?
Excelchat Expert
26/09/2018 - 08:55
it only will happen with numbers
User
26/09/2018 - 08:55
So how can we make it not do that
User
26/09/2018 - 08:55
I don't want it doing it with anything
Excelchat Expert
26/09/2018 - 08:56
There is only one option that excel can understand is change the format
Excelchat Expert
26/09/2018 - 08:57
select the cell and press ctrl+1
Excelchat Expert
26/09/2018 - 08:57
you can see many formats here
User
26/09/2018 - 08:57
What if you format the entire column as text
Excelchat Expert
26/09/2018 - 08:57
Should I do it or you want to do?
User
26/09/2018 - 08:58
I just did it
User
26/09/2018 - 08:58
It looks like it worked
Excelchat Expert
26/09/2018 - 08:58
yeah, so you got the point
Excelchat Expert
26/09/2018 - 08:58
right?
User
26/09/2018 - 08:58
