Just to make sure, You need the item names from closing 2017 Stock Summary sheet in opening 2017-18 sheet if the amounts are the same but names are not same.

Sorry, I was able to write a formula but it won't give you correct results. Because There are many many cases where you have the same amount in column B but the names are different in column A.
