The rent is the one that has to be deducted from the running total

The money out is negative because I have not yet got that money. The rent will be positive

Sorry, In order to write a formula I need to know every details. I know you think it should be straight forward for an excel expert, but we solve different kind of problems and each problem is different for each individuals.

The first cell formula in F2 is =D2-C2

From F3 use this formula =F2+D3-C3 and drag it down for running total.
