i need a formula to combine column y with the number mentioned in column w counting in from 1 to 0 and posting the total count next to number 1 in column v.

i was counting manually from 1 to 0 and the first email sent gmail. com was 3 and put the total next to one

so, 1,0,0 = count 3

and the next count was for email on column x ( omcast.net which was 1,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0 = count 10 next to 1.

Are columns W and Y always the same? Or sometimes their rows change?

they are the same because it is the same emails from the same firms. the only thing that changes is numbers of email sent per firm
