I have multiple sheets on one document. One sheet 1 there are about 390 individuals by name. On each subsequent sheet, they are grouped in different categories. Is there a way that if I fill one with color on sheet 1, it will autofill them on the other sheets?

If I got your problem right, you have the same names on different sheets

and you wonder whether it is possible to change their colours at once, right?

Correct. And I am hoping that if I fill a cell on sheet one for a person, it will autofill the same name in a different sheet

So if I make A1 green on this sheet, you want Person1 to be green on sheet2 as well, right?

Yes

Do you want to highlight your cells with different colours?

No, basically I am one by one over time filling cells Red to indicate "Not Available." So I was hoping I could just do it in Sheet 1 and it would fill the individual as red in the subsequent sheets so I don't have to scroll through and find them

how about using replacement for that purpose?
Excelchat Expert

For example you could replace Person 1 With Person 1 (N/A)

and on all your sheets you can create a conditional formatting rule, which will make red names with (N/A)

So for example you have name Peter, and he is NA

You type ctrl + F, replace Peter with Peter (N/A) on all sheets

And on all sheets these cells will be red

To my mind, this is the best solution for this case
