I need a formula that when a manually typed in percentage to Cell A1 is above 80 populates cell B2 with 100% and when A1 is less than 80 populates cell B2 with the actual percentage
For example if A1 is 75% then B2 shows 75%
If A1 is 95% then B2 shows 100%

One question before I begin - is cell A1 formatted as a %? As in, if you type in say 82, will it show 82%?

yes but then i need b2 to show 100% in that scenario
