Question description:
This user has given permission to use the problem statement for this
blog.
I took a amortation and tried to adapt it for a land contract payments all work/ looked fine until 0 money was coming in from the start 6% interest for second year (2.7% first yr) $128,579.09 plus they had to pay escrow and any late pay (if pd early they got same discount as late pay)
1st their payment 1085.00 they insisted they would only pay 1000.00 so I rolled that back ea mo into BAL
2nd= I wanted any payment to pay escrow, late, interest then P
