I need a formula where s36 = 1 if a10=s7 and c10=any value?

I've read your post. If I understand it correctly, you want cell S36 to return 1 if cell A10 is equal to cell S7 and cell C10 has a value. Is this correct? :)

It can be be cells in a closer range if that helps but yes that is correct.

So as you have mentioned, we included an OR statement that encompasses our two AND functions. So if any of the AND statements return a TRUE logic, the formula will return a 1. Otherwise, it will be 0. :)
