if K2 is less than 0, then I2. But if greater than 0, then K2(or leave as it is)

i need L2 value, k2 is a mixture of positives and negatives. If K2 is negative, i want L2 to assume the figure in I2, if it's positive L2 should leave figure in K@ unchange
