I can see we have only 19 minutes so straight to the point.

You need to count the number of instances a frequency falls below a certain number for a certain period of time in your data right?

User
26/06/2018 - 10:43

yes but also for few different condition.

Excelchat Expert

It's okay - if we need more time we are allowed for a maximum of 2 20-minutes extension per session for free.

Okay, could you share with me your file so I can have a better view of your data structure?

User

I can see there is a date and time stamp in column A but until the minute data only. Could you show me an example?

Excelchat Expert
26/06/2018 - 10:48

May I know what is the range of frequency you want to include in the count?

Excelchat Expert
26/06/2018 - 10:50

Hello? Are you still with me?

Excelchat Expert

Hi, I am sorry I will not be able to include the second condition you made mention based on the duration if we can't clear up the question on how to compute for the duration...

Excelchat Expert

What I have provided so far is the count on event based on the frequency below a specified number as indicated in cell G2 - which you could change base on what really is the requirement.

Excelchat Expert

HI, this session will automatically end in less than 3 minutes.

Excelchat Expert

I hope you are able to come back and confirm solution provided so far.
