This user has given permission to use the problem statement for this

I have a column of percentages (11 in a column). I want to have a percentage at the bottom of the column that tells me how many of the entries are = to 100%.

COUNTIF is used to count the number of entries (as in your problem) with certain criteria. 2 parameters are involved in here. 1st is the range of the entries ($B$2:$B$7), and 2nd is the criteria which is 100%.
