User 06/06/2018 - 04:37

Excelchat Expert 06/06/2018 - 04:37
Yeah, of course.
Excelchat Expert 06/06/2018 - 04:37
Before we go ahead.
Excelchat Expert 06/06/2018 - 04:37
I need to know whether you are using web query or not?
User 06/06/2018 - 04:38
I don't know what that means :) I'm using a query in Googlesheets, to pull in data from other sheets in the same googllesheet doc
Excelchat Expert 06/06/2018 - 04:38
If it is a web query/ web scraping, then I can't help you with it since web scraping is out of our service scope.
Excelchat Expert 06/06/2018 - 04:38
Oh, okay, its alright then.
User 06/06/2018 - 04:39
Do I just paste the link?
Excelchat Expert 06/06/2018 - 04:39
Yeah, that would do. Please share the link.
User 06/06/2018 - 04:39

Excelchat Expert 06/06/2018 - 04:40
I'm on the sheet, where is the query again?
User 06/06/2018 - 04:40
The query is on the Do Not Edit tab, cell A:2. It was working, but not there is an error coming from the Barclays tab,
User 06/06/2018 - 04:42
so on Do Not Edit, cell A3 is pulling out all the information from the Barclays tab, rather than putting it on separate lines like the other tabs it pulls in
Excelchat Expert 06/06/2018 - 04:44
I see the problem now.
Excelchat Expert 06/06/2018 - 04:45
Please give me some time.
User 06/06/2018 - 04:45
Great
User 06/06/2018 - 04:49
It did work. Then stopped, so I made a new barclays tab, copied accross the info and it worked again. Then suddenly stoped!
Excelchat Expert 06/06/2018 - 04:50
Thanks for the info. Please stay with me, I'm looking into it.
User 06/06/2018 - 04:50
Great ta!
User 06/06/2018 - 04:51
On the Barclays tab, if you delete the date in I:13 it removes the error. But as soon as put the date back in it stops work
User 06/06/2018 - 04:51
ing
Excelchat Expert 06/06/2018 - 05:01
Thanks for waiting.
Excelchat Expert 06/06/2018 - 05:02
Unfortunately I wasn't able to find any reason why it shouldn't work.
User 06/06/2018 - 05:03
Ok...
Excelchat Expert 06/06/2018 - 05:05
However I have noticed that a datevalue in I5 make the formula works perfectly.
User 06/06/2018 - 05:05
what does that mean?
Excelchat Expert 06/06/2018 - 05:06
Please input a date in I5
User 06/06/2018 - 05:06
Yup that works...no idea why!?
Excelchat Expert 06/06/2018 - 05:08
I'm not sure why.
User 06/06/2018 - 05:08
I don't really want a date in I5 :) . Would one of your colleagues know?
Excelchat Expert 06/06/2018 - 05:09
Yeah, I think someone might be able to find the actual problem.
