Hello!
Excelchat Expert 04/06/2018 - 06:00
Could you please share a sample of your data so that I can create the formula?
User 04/06/2018 - 06:01
So, just to clarify, one sheet has 4000ish emails, the other 800 with duplicates.
User 04/06/2018 - 06:02
My goal is to somehow indicate individually if the emails on the 4000, are also listed in the 800 without having to manually read through them
Excelchat Expert 04/06/2018 - 06:02
So can we assume Sheet 1 as duplicates and Sheet2 as the Master with 4000+
User 04/06/2018 - 06:02
The reverse
Excelchat Expert 04/06/2018 - 06:02
ok
Excelchat Expert 04/06/2018 - 06:03
So let me do the formula in Sheet 2 to lookup Sheet 1 and see if any email from Sheet 2 is in Sheet 1.
Excelchat Expert 04/06/2018 - 06:03
Will that be correct?
User 04/06/2018 - 06:04
So, I need the reverse. I need to see if any emails in sheet 2 are in sheet 1.
User 04/06/2018 - 06:04
This is because after I figure this out, there will be more sheets to compare sheet 1 too, with different emails
Excelchat Expert 04/06/2018 - 06:07
I have placed a Yes if the email exist in Sheet1
Excelchat Expert 04/06/2018 - 06:07
Is that what you were looking for?
User 04/06/2018 - 06:08
Sorry, if I am doing a bad job explaining. If i want to place a Yes (Under sheet 1) if the email exist on sheet 2, can i just switch around the range?
Excelchat Expert 04/06/2018 - 06:08
Yes, you can
Excelchat Expert 04/06/2018 - 06:09
You can replicate the same formula and just alter the range
User 04/06/2018 - 06:09
Okay, perfect. Thank you!
Excelchat Expert 04/06/2018 - 06:09
Is there anything else I can help you with this query?
User 04/06/2018 - 06:09
Nope, this is all. Thanks again!
