So first, on cell D20 - the formula is SUM(B19:B22)
User
04/06/2018 - 01:21
I am going to check with the sales guy super quick and then I will be back in a minute or so.

brb
User
04/06/2018 - 01:30
ok. So For the next peoples time sheets I should just copy the cell and paste the formula?
Excelchat Expert
04/06/2018 - 01:31
Basically that should normally be the case except for cases where your gross pay includes more that 4 rows/cells i.e. the second example.
Excelchat Expert
04/06/2018 - 01:33
You have to take note what is the first cell and the last cell in your SUM() formula
User
04/06/2018 - 01:33
ok great !
Excelchat Expert
04/06/2018 - 01:33
in this case that would be B27, the first cell in the range, and B38, the last.
Excelchat Expert
04/06/2018 - 01:34
So that would be SUM(B27:B38)
Excelchat Expert
04/06/2018 - 01:35
could you follow so far?
Excelchat Expert
04/06/2018 - 01:35
