I am having a challenge with conditional formatting. My workbook has 2 sheets (SheetA, SheetB). When data is entered into some cells in SheetA, it automatically fills to the appropriate cell in Sheet B (=SheetA!cell #). This is working fine. The challenge I am having is the data in SheetA is formatted (date, number, etc.). When cells in SheetA are blank because data has not been input yet, there are 0's or incorrect dates in SheetB. What I want is to conditionally format the cells in SheetB to be blank unless data has been input into the reference cell in SheetA. Thank you for the help.

you can chnage the formatting and show them in commas
Excelchat Expert

Like you show for numbers
Excelchat Expert

so the cells which are blank will not be shown as 0

Use formula like this
Excelchat Expert
20/05/2018 - 11:34
So the blank values in flight tab will not become 0 on other tab
