Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:40

Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:40

User 03/05/2018 - 04:40
It doesn't let me go to text to columns
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:41
may be because you may have double clicked
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:41
just paste the data in A1 and then dont click
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:41

Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:42
Did you get?
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:42
are you able to do text to columns?
User 03/05/2018 - 04:43
No. I did text to columns and delimited, semi colon and it didn't copy it
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:43
First select the outlook email ids
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:43
nd paste in excel
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:43
then click on data tab and choose delimited
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:44
and then use semicolon
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:44
and then finish it
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:44
Do you get it?
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:45
You need to follow as i said
User 03/05/2018 - 04:46
Okay lets start over.
User 03/05/2018 - 04:46
or maybe you can demonstrate
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:46
First copy the email list from outlook
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:47
i cannot demonstrate as this spreadsheet does not support text to columns
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:47
Copy the email in excel in A1
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:47
en click on data tab
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:47
selecte delimited
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:47
then next
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:47
then select semicolon
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:47
then finish
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:47
Now all the email ids are in columns
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:48
you need to get them in rows in one column
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:48
so copy them and then paste special and select trensposr
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:48
That is how it can be done
User 03/05/2018 - 04:54
Okay I got them separated but now need to put in a colum what is trensposr?
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:54
So copy the data and paste in some cell
Excelchat Expert 03/05/2018 - 04:54
when you paste data there is a dropdown that appears
User 03/05/2018 - 04:54
