Question description:
This user has given permission to use the problem statement for this
blog.
I need to sort a table of data by its score in the last column of the data. I will go to sort> custom sort> column = score> Sort by = values > order = smallest to largest. Excel will not rearrange the data.

for some reason i cannot get excel to sort this data by the score column from smallest to largest

I have just performed a sort here. The file is sorted now from smallest to largest.

No, I just did normal sort on the preview window. And to answer the 2nd question, I need to look at the original excel file.

for privacy concerns I cannot. I am able to resort it using the same method i was trying in excel so im unsure why it wont work for me. you have been helpful though, I think im going to copy the data into an excel online doc and try to edit it from there.
