This user has given permission to use the problem statement for this

i want to create the format of stock of material for eg: in excel we have 10000 pcs of paper stock and we have ordered 25000 pcs of paper in that 5000 pcs have dispatched balance has to dispatch min should be 20000 pcs if that cross the min it should highlet in bold and with big size
