Question description:
This user has given permission to use the problem statement for this blog.

I need to formula to suffix prefix ' (single inverted comma) like 'MITHILA', and comma at the end MITHILA will be in column A and I want result in column B

I used the CONCATENATE function. You can view the formula if you select the cells in column B

basically, with CONCATENATE, you can combine sets of texts :)
