This user has given permission to use the problem statement for this
blog.
I am trying to create an IF statement with a range.
Example:
IF B1 is >100 but <200 then 300$ shows up
IF B1 is >201 but <300 then 425$ shows up
IF B1 is >301 then 600$ shows up
