I need a formula that will add or subtract from the amount of 100 but also, show the amount of 100 if you put a 0 in the column

I would like for the avg column to add or subtract from pts colums but if there is nothing in pts column avg column to show 0 and if there is a 0 in the pts column the avg column shows 100
