Question description:
This user has given permission to use the problem statement for this
blog.
I need a formula to say that if cell A1 for example has a value less than or equal to 21 then show "Low Anxiety", if it has value of 22-35 then show "Moderate Anxiety" and if it has value of 36 and above, then show "Potential Cause For Concern"
