Question description:
This user has given permission to use the problem statement for this blog.

I need a formula that when I type a name in cell C3, it fetched the data from another sheet and returns them next to the name. example, data sheets contains: Column A- Name with all the names from A1-A10, Column B- Surname, Column C- Class room number(4.1 or 7.2) and Colums D -K- Headings are the activities. In the sheet I just type Yes or No. So on the results sheet I want to type the name, then it returns all the headings from D-K that contains a yes or no next to the name respectively.
