Excel - IF Function Problem - Expert Solution

Question description:
This user has given permission to use the problem statement for this blog.

I am creating a time sheet that will be user friendly for my employees. If the employee travels in-state there is a certain rate for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If they travel out-of-state there is a different rate and if they travel out-of-state to certain cities there are two more different rates. First, when an employee puts in the city on the expense report, if it is one of the higher rated cities I want the cell to automatically populate with that rate. But if they enter a city not on the list and they checked breakfast and lunch then a different rate will be calculated. Can you help me with this formula?

If Chicago is listed it is a rate of $67 total. If Atlanta is listed it is a rate of $58.00. If any other city is listed and any of the boxes are checked for B, L, D then the rates are calculated based on sheet 1
