This user has given permission to use the problem statement for this
blog.
i'm making a profit and loss sheet and i have a fee that only happens when i sell an item. so its 2.9%+.30 of a total of another cell. is there away to make a cell with this formula without it adding the .30 to the total if there is sale price for the item?
