Excel - IF Function Problem - Expert Solution

Question description:
This user has given permission to use the problem statement for this blog.

A1= 19.13 B1= FLAT C1= Formula =IF(A1<=20,"PASS","FAIL") However if B1=House the formula required is as follows =IF(A1<=30,"PASS","FAIL") How do I write the formula in C1 to take account of the variation in cell B1?
