Hi, I have one Question, If Pivot Table already has been made and if I will Add another data in Pivot table sheet so Automatically Pivot Table chart will be changed?

Yes if you will add another data in pivot table sheet, then automatically pivot table chart will be changed if range is selected on chart

So here in Sheet 1, if you will add the data as name & number then new data will be automatically added in sheet 'Pivot Table' along with their number

You can try yourself by adding data in Sheet 1 only in column A & B and then check out the results in Pivot Table
