making a resthour list for shift workers. 12 hour shifts/ 7 days a week on 4 week rotation.
Rresthour list is monthly.
I have the shifts and rest hours sorted with formula;s like these
=IF('information for form'!$C$13,"x","")&IF('information for form'!$C$14,"x","")&IF('information for form'!$C$16,"x","")
What I am looking to do now is that in a single cell i place the joining date and in the other cell the departure date.
At the moment the formula works in each cell, so 24 hrs a day and 31 days a month.
How can I get excel to ignore the cells prior to the joining date or after departure date?
