I have a daily dashboard for a call centre where we input conversions, calls handled, talk time (broken down to hours and minutes) as well as opportunities and dials per hour. As this is daily and the call centre is shift patterned I will not necessarily have the same staff on every day. I have to open a excel downloaded from software called CCM Web each day and amend and tidy up on one tab. I have the above information on a separate tab with formulas which need to be filled by name of the call centre agent rather than having to manually add it each day (43 in total) I can attach a example of the spreadsheet if needed.

I need to make two graphs. One for January and one for July. 2 separate line graphs for Jan 1 and Jul 1 that show T, Td (primary y-axis) and RH (secondary y-axis) vs. hour of day (x-axis). Label these as Figure 2a, 2b and add a single descriptive caption below the figure. Be sure to include axis labels and titles with units and a legend to distinguish the three variables on each graph. Be sure that the range of the y-axis is the same for all graphs. Need to add that data set to the secondary axis

I have a workbook with 4 macros that run when a cell value changes within a worksheet that is within the same workbook every hour. This works OK when I only have one work book open. When I open two separate workbooks and attempt to have both workbooks update each hour when the cell value changes in each worksheet. Instead of updating each individual workbook they update EVERY workbook.I need the workbooks to NOT update other workbooks; only the workbook that the macro code resides in. Each workbook should only update itself.

Hello. I adding time on excel in minutes and hours such as "1.52" for 1 hour and 52 minutes. I am then finding the average of hundreds of data points to find the average time in minutes and hours. My average would come to something like "1.62" which is odd because it 62 minutes is over 1 hour. Should the final average number of 1.62 be interpreted as 1 hour and 62% of 60 minutes or 2 hours and 2 minutes?
