Help please. I have two sheets, one contains a column that has a list of common errors, the other has a column from a log file that has all the errors. I need something that will check through all the errors and return a count of lines that do NOT contain any text from the common errors. In other words lines that have unknown errors. Additionally it would be useful to highlight the lines in all the errors to show unrecognized errors in red. Any ideas?

I want to create a formula that checks Cells H8:H14, and count if cell contains text, if yes then adds 1 and if no then it adds 0 to the total count which is in cell J15... So essentially, J14=0+1+1+1 and so on so forth, adding one to the total if the corresponding cell contains text, and adding 0 to the total if the corresponding cell does not contain text...

How do i autocomplete in a column and be able to skip down a few cells and then have excel autocomplete in that cell? ie: I can fill a cell with "Revised", skip down a few cells and put "Completed". I then need to skip down a few cells in that column and have excel give me a predictive text of either of those two entries depending on which first letter i type. I know it can be done because it does it other columns but i cant make it do it in them all.
