I have a column of text with names of foundations. Some of these names appear multiple times. I only want to count the 1 time each appears. How do I do this so that I can simply say, "There are 10 foundations funding this issue" even if some of those foundations show up 3 times in the column.

Hi there, Our Company is making the switch from InfusionSoft to Hubspot. I am working on importing our contact list but it has to be formatted a certain way in order to meet Hubspot's Criteria. The First name and Last name need to be in separate columns ( in CSV) format. Half of the list exported correctly but about 2,00o contacts have the first and last name in the same box.... I have tried using Data>Text to columns but nothing is working.

I am trying to figure out how to create a formula that will allow me to easily transfer data from ‘Text worksheet B’ to the ‘Test master’ sheet. I want the programs listed in column B of the ‘text worksheet B’ to be transferred to the columns M, N, O, etc in the ‘test master’ sheet for the corresponding person (ie person A, person B, etc). The programs should be listed in columns M,N,O, etc of the ‘test master’ sheet based on their rank in column D of the ‘text worksheet B.’ For instance, Program E for Person B in the ‘text worksheet B’ should be populated in the cell P3 on the ‘test master’ worksheet. Make sense?
