I am working on a staff roster for 2018. I have a cell B8 on sheet 1 that takes the text name and is hyperlinked to the training record. On sheet 2 in cell B8 I wish to enter a formula that copies the cell B8 from sheet 1 "='Sheet 1'!B8". This takes the text from sheet 1, but I also want it to take the hyperlink and formatting. Is there a way that I can achieve this?

I am working with a spreadsheet that has worksheets with names like Jan-17, Feb-17.... when comparing a text cell reference to the worksheet name, i get an error because the worksheet name is viewed as a date.
