counting number of instances of a particular text after the column was filtered

Hi how do I make it so that any text I enter in a cell is automatically captalized?

how would the formula look if possible, the cell checks 3 different columns each in different tables on different sheets, if the value is=< todays date in the cell, then it checks same row different column for certain value if its the value specified then it checks other cell same row if its blank then it takes text from another cell same row. so = cell 4 if cell 1=today and cell 2=value and cell 3=empty. then it checks entire table each row is separated and it does this for 3 sheets. obviously then when the cell thats blank has data entered it will be removed

I have a sheet for my real estate listings for my office. I have a Countif forumla counting any cells with text for my totals. But sometimes, two agents will split a listing. This means that each agent gets .5 credit for that one listing. The listing counts as 1, but each agent gets .5 credit. Is there any way to set up the totals to give half credit when more than one item is selected in the drop down?

Hi I have a row in excel in which i have 2 Merged columns (1st from A2:C2 and 2nd from D2:S2. 1st column contains a picture copied. and 2nd column has some text. Both columns have combined boarder. when i copy this row in Email the format gets disturb. on mail it shows both as 2 separate box (not a common row as we see on excel) and also both get separated and alignment is not proper like height gets changed, 2 separate box are displayed Can you please help?
