I need to create an excel sheet that has a dashboard that displays a 3 month rolling average for a number of KPIs (Key Process Indicators). The problem I am running into is a static dashboard that needs to be manually updated each month. My question: Is there a way to create a dashboard that automatically moves with the calendar? As in, November would display the average of August, September and October. Then once December 1st hits, this dashboard would display the averages of September, October and November? If so, have a place to start? I don't have a sheet assembled at this time. Just figuring out if the concept is there before jumping on it.

I am attempting to calculate the average of a column using the 'AVERAGEIF' the cells in the range are greater than 0. I have accomplished this part. In the same cells I also want to use an IF statement that leaves the cell blank if this average (the value of the cell) is equal to zero.

Issues: Have tried converting ages to months using this formula (=12*LEFT(C11,FIND(".",C11)-1)+MID(C11,FIND(".",C11)+1,9)) but ran into various issues (treating .10 as .01 for some reason and producing #VALUE error for scores ending in .00 (presumably because MID function won't work if value below 1) Action: Have gone back to raw data set (attached).
