Convert the data to a table, name the table Inventory, and apply the Table Style Medium 19. Remove duplicate records. Sort the table by Make in alphabetical order, add a second level to sort by Year Smallest to Largest, and a third level to sort by Sticker Price Smallest to Largest. Repeat the field names on all pages. Change page breaks so each vehicle make is printed on a separate page.

Add a footer with your name on the left side, the sheet name code in the center, and the file name code on the right side. Click the Sales Information worksheet and convert the data to a table, name the table Sales, and apply the Table Style Dark 11. Type % of sticker in cell E1. Create a formula with structured references to calculate the percentage of the Sticker Price in column E. Format the range E2:E30 with Percent Style Number Format. Add a total row to display the Average of % of sticker and Sum of Sticker Price and Sale Price. AutoFit the width of columns B:E to show the total values. Apply Solid Fill Blue Data Bars conditional formatting to the % of sticker data. Select the range E2:E30 and create a new conditional formatting rule that uses a formula to apply yellow fill and bold font to values that sold for less than or equal to 70% of the sale price. On the First Quarter Sales worksheet, rename the table FirstQuarter. Filter the data to display January, February, and March sales. Add a footer with your name on the left side, the sheet name code in the center, and the file name code on the right side. Select Landscape orientation for all sheets.

I have a spreadsheet where I am trying to track time. The laborer enters the time on one sheet called "Labor" while another sheet called "map" that is hidden, tracks the time. There are 5 columns where he can put his time and associate it with different cost codes. If he enters time into the first column, then his time will be tracked on the "map" sheet in the first column, even if there's any other time in the other columns on "Labor." If there is no time in the first column, but there is in the second column, I need a formula to do the following: If A1 is blank and A2 is not, then spit out "Labor!A2". If both of them are blank, then spit out 0. If A1 has a number in it and so does A2, then I need this cell to be blank because A1 takes precedence over A2. I need this formula to go likewise for the rest of the columns. If there is anything is A1, then the rest of the columns in the "map" sheet need to be blank. Likewise, if A1 is blank, A2 has a number, and so does A3, then A2 takes precedence and I need A3 to be blank. This goes for A4 and A5 as well. If there is any cell number smaller than A4 or A5, the smallest one takes precedence.

I need to find the average of the 3 smallest numbers from a column. Please see columns T, U, V, W With the condition that they need to be higher then a certain number eg 60, 120, 180, 240 We had an operator just work on it and we thought they were correct but slightly out. Example V2 should = 212.66 which is the average of the 3 minimum numbers from column N that are above 180. If you sort column N you will notice the 3 lowest numbers will be 211, 213, 214. The average this = 216.66
