Hi, I'm looking to create a from by typing in the reg and it pulling through the data from the data tab. I've tried this as a VLookup but it only pulls through the first line and there may be more than one line under each reg for repair history. I tried doing this as a pivot table, but I don't like the layout of it and wanted to be able to type in a reg and it search for the data rather than filtering. How do I create a formula that will read the Date Field in the product spreadsheet and return the corresponding total for the representative? On December 1st the spreadsheet will be updated with new sales totals. The chart will look for the matching month. In this case is December 2017. The formula will return the total for one sales representative. When the spreadsheet is updated on Dec 7th the chart will update the total.
