Hi - I need to maximize installs while staying within a $3,500,000 budget. In other words, I need to find the highest sum of a combination of cells in column F while the sum of the cells in the same row in column G is less than $3,500,000

However, I do not want to include Weekends into the formula for either days or weeks, ignore fixed date row

I'm trying to create a formula (in cell C9) of my spreadsheet shown above whereby I can search all countries in the header row (C1:I1) and then add the total number of times that 'Pass' is entered in the cells beneath. The result should equal 6 for the UK. The formula I have used (as shown on the spreadsheet) only seems to count the first columns of cells which has UK in the header.

I am looking to return a list of data based on an amount of times a value is returned in a column. I then am looking to return that in a different tab. So if a person's name is in Column C of Full List tab, then return a list of names that are also in Column A of Full List tab. Display this in List per CM tab in rows 5 and below. The person's name will be listed in row 2 of List per CM Tab.

I'm having a problem with a formula and I am not even sure the functionality exists to make this work. For our purposes I have used a fake spreadsheet just to show the basics of what I need. On 'sheet2' of my workbook I want to return a value from 'C4' on 'sheet1', however, I want the row to change with B3 on 'sheet2'. For instance: =Sheet1!C4 // returns the value I want, but doesn't allow me to easily change the row I want to find when I switch to another sheet. ( I will have at least 100 different formulas that will change with the row number. =Sheet1!C(B3) // doesn't work, but is essentially what I want. So that if I change b3 to 5, the formula will look in =Sheet1!C5

I have a very large list of data on individual members. This data includes each person's Federal District, City, and State. I want to count the number of people who live in each Federal District, City, and State. Attached is a very small version of that list. I have already used Advanced Filtering to create a list of every unique Federal District, City, and State. I am trying to figure out the Excel formula to count all the entries. It is easy to count individual entries from one row (i.e., all cities), but that is not helpful because some city names are duplicated in other states.
