I need the YoY calculation column corrected. The goal is to calculate the percentage change from Q3-18 (column P) over Q3-17 (column Q). There is an issue with the current formula. For example, row 163 is showing a 1000% change but it should be reflecting a negative change. Q3-18 was 0 and Q3-17 was 10 10. The calc should be negative.

Trying to add a row without displacing any other columns or rows.

I'm working on a forecast spreadsheet for my team. Each deal is on a row. On that row are items like "product" "value" (D2) and "stage" (I2). The stage (I2) has drop down selections "Commit", "Most Likely" or "Best Case". I then have 3 cells to the far right of the row. "Commit" (M2), "Most Likely" (N2) and "Best Case" (O2). The "commit" cell should pull the "deal value" if "commit" drop down is selected. The "Most Likely" cell should include the value of the deal if EITHER "commit" or "Most Likely" is selected. The "Best Case" cell should include the value of all selected stages from the drop down (commit, most likely and best case)

Need to add the letter "N" in front of everything in column "C". So the first row in column "C" should read "N01-001"

I am using a formula to conditionally format cells in column A (I'll use A1 for this example). This formula uses =AND(I1>3,L="r"), where I is the number of days and L is the letter r. When these conditions are met, the cell in A1 is highlighted red. However, because of the multiple conditions, I am having to create a new rule for each row with the specific numbers of the I and L cells which is very time consuming. I'm wondering if there's a quicker way to apply the formula to the cells in column A based on the I and L cells in the same row as the cell in A?
