I'm working with football match data and I need to ensure that there is no duplicate teams in every round (as a team can only play once per round)

The idea is to find the best possible team that could have been assembled to while staying under a certain rating cap. Each player gets 4080 rating points (for example) to create a four-man team. After all the scores are in for the tournament, I hope to have a way to be able to go through the data and show what was the best team a person could have assembled under the specified rating to achieve the best (lowest) score possible. Ideally this section wouldn't populate until the overall scores were finalized in the spreadsheet. I have a way of keeping "NS" if the round hasn't started and "F" if the round finished.

every time I type a formula that uses a function like "round" or "concantenate" I get an error "There's a problem with this formula. Not trying to type a formula?" etc. etc. This is a recent development and is causing issues with my work. I've checked the settings and the separators are set as they should be. Any ideas?
