I am attempting to get an answer which says:
If F3 > E3 Then = negative Growth Space
If F3 < E3 Then [F3 * G3] until F3 > E3 = # of Years of expected growth.
F3 = 9.6
E3 = 6
G3 = .04
Understanding this is not easy. In my example, it technically takes 3 years for the 6 to turn to 7 due to 4% of six is not a whole number. Once it gets about 6.5, then we round up to the whole; and start over. So based on this example, the long hand answer is 9 years.
