I need to use rank function in excel but reference numbers are in two different ranges what I need should be like this: =RANK(A1,A1:A8&B9:B18) (range from A1 to A8 and the continue of range is placed on B9:B18)

In cells I3:I10 I need to create an IF function to calculate the average numerical ratings for each employee. Only managers get evaluated by Leadership rank in column H. Column C indicates whether the employee is a manager. Thus, the average calculation should only include the values in column H if the employee is a manager. Even if a rating is given to a non-manager employee in column H, that number should not be included in the average in column I. How do I make this into a IF function?

I have monthly stock price data for 280 stocks for the past 8 years (96 months), I have another sheet with the monthly percentage increase of all the stocks over the same time frame. I need to rank the stocks each month from best performing to worst performing, then take the best performing 10% of stocks from the previous month and work out how they perform collectively for the next month. I need to do this 96 times and more for different amount of months and there must be a confusing quick way which an expert will know, can you help me out?

There are 4 Tiers in the league, with different points in each one. Every few weeks, there will be a “re-tier”, whereas a few teams on the top of each division will move up, while the bottom 4 will move down – hence the re-tier. The “WED” tab is the one to work on. Please help with rank excel formula with duplicates. A ranking formula I'm using does not rank a column of figures correctly if there are duplicate values. On the sheet labelled "Movers", column AE30 to AE44 is an example of the problem. The subsequent data being pulled via lookup in columns J30-44 and K30-44 then doesn't display correctly.

Can you help me to rank the data on my file?
