11. In cell I6, create a formula using the VLOOKUP function to display the number of calories in the selected boxed set. Use the boxed set listed in cell I5 as the lookup value, the range A14:D17 as the table array, column number 2 as the column index number, and FALSE as the range lookup value. I have a range of cells from E7:E13. Their values are represented as percentages. I need to obtain the average percentage from this group of cells. HOWEVER, cells may or may not have a value in them. I do not want blank cells figured into the average.

So, if I have a cell that is a percentage value, can I make the numerical value of another cell conditional on a specific range of the percentage value? For example if cell D6 is between 90% and 99.9% I want cell E6 to automatically populate the cell with a set number. If cell D6 is equal to 100% I want cell E6 to automatically populate the cell with a different set number.

I have a formula "=COUNTIFS(D2:D1000,">=11/1/2018",D2:D1000,"<=11/30/2018")" I use this to count dates of interviews. One problem I'm having is that as I finish an interview I move the row to another excel page and delete it from the page it was on. As I delete rows the range of my formula gets smaller. After a month of adding and moving rows, the formula range decreases to around D2:D55. How can I make my formula stay D2:D1000 even when I delete rows within that range?
