Excel changes the width of columns and rows upon saving and reopening files that worked great for years until a few days ago when it started having this issue at random. Hello, I am working with a large temperature data set which has data points at certain intervals apart. The time intervals change throughout the data set and I was wondering if there was any way I could bin the values so that they are averaged to every hour as opposed to the random intervals which they are at now? The Date Time data has a (M/D/YY H:M) setup

I hope I explain this correctly C5 = todays date Column M = Has this formula =IF(I2="","",I2-C$5) it calculates the difference in days from a random date + it also has conditional formatting. Column I = The Random date Column F = Conditional formatting if M<8 its red and if M is between 30 and 8 and its yellow(same for column M) It works fine. I would like to have a button that will add a blank row below the row I’m working in and input the formula and conditional formatting accordingly. I have a training spreadsheet that assigns levels of competency to each employee. I want to be able to count how many employees are competent in each department for that particular competency but since they have random reviews, I only want to count the most recent level competency for the employee, not multiple levels. What's the formula for that?

I need to use random code generator to translate some number codes into its relevant worded terminology, I have a sheet of all the codes to be referenced. I thought a VLOOKUP would work but I need whatever number is in the cell to be referenced and translated, I couldn't specify what number that is in the first place and it is a random list of numbers, not formatted in ascending order.
