I need a formula that looks up a value in a set of random data and that returns the value 1 column to the left (-1) and one row down (+1) from the looked up value. Basically I do not want to specify which column or row, other then the fact that I want to specify that I want to look up a value (1A) in an array (A1:S28) and return the relative coordinates. So theoretically If I look up the value 1A, which is located in C3 in the array, I want to return the value in cell B4. However It could also be located in R24, which would make my desired outcome the value contained in cell Q25.
