In a field within my database, there should be only one value. For maintenance purposes, I want to find those multi value fields and update to the correct, one value.
When using Excel 2010 to search for those multi values within my database field, is it possible to sort the pivot table by the number of occurrences within the record instead of the number of rows for each record? Please let me know if there is a more logical approach to obtain the information; i.e., sort spreadsheet instead of pivot the spreadsheet.
